After working on this project for over a decade, I have finally taught myself how to read notes on the grand staff quickly. Yay.
After learning the states, it became so much fun I just went ahead and created a project for the capitals as well! Be patient, though, because every part of the process was done only by me, and my skills were limited.
My Dad used to tease me, saying, "As long as the college does not expect you to teach math or geography, you should be okay." This always drove me crazy, but he was probably correct. So I taught myself the geography of the U.S. You're on your own with math. ::sorry::

I can still remember my struggles in 4th grade. I could read our textbook, but I was not good at understanding what I read. And taking notes or studying for a test? The only strategy I had in my brain's tool kit was rereading, which took forever and wasn't so effective.
I found this method as I was collecting resources for my dissertation, and I've been working to fully bring it to life for almost a decade.
